Agreement
By accessing or using Roidel, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Roidel on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
The service
Roidel provides real-time click-fraud and invalid-traffic detection and, where connected, automated exclusion of fraudulent traffic from supported ad platforms. Detection is provided on a best-effort basis and is designed to fail open.
Accounts & billing
Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you may cancel at any time. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate the terms of any connected ad platform. You are responsible for the data you send to Roidel.
Liability
Roidel is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roidel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
